Thanks to this concept we have worked in Kenya since 1986, with enthusiasm and satisfaction we have built and managed the Stephanie sea House Resort of Malindi for more than 20 years, unique structure that stands directly on the Marine National Park and Reserve, considered one of the best in the Kenya coast.

We realized Luxurious Villas “Customised”, together with our clients. We built and sold the Coral Sea Residence, composed by 50 Family Villas, on the famous Che-shale beach (Mambrui), the Soko soko in Malindi, Ivory Villas and at least we will build the Chui Park Resort.

Kenya is helping us thanks to its”real gardens of Africa", wonderful weather all year round and an uncontaminated nature.

We would like to continue describing this Paradise but there are no words to do it, nothing can describe the feelings of this beautiful and Unique World!
